You will play a pivotal role in our strategic consulting practice, helping C-level executives understand not just how to build, but what to build and why. You will work in self-directed teams to shape the future of the Telco and Adtech industries, ensuring that every technical project we undertake is rooted in a clear, quantified business value.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Principal Consultant who can weld Strategic/P&L Management and technical delivery. You will lead high-level workshops, identifying and scoping high-value strategic projects that translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Instead of just managing projects, you will be the architect of our commercial evolution, helping us transition engagements from Time & Material to value-based outcomes and fostering deep, trusted-advisor relationships with our key accounts.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strategic Leadership: You act as a trusted advisor to key accounts (e.g., in the Telco and Adtech sectors), identifying strategic initiatives before they become standard RFPs. You are comfortable leading AI strategy workshops (using methodologies like APEX) with C-level executives.
• Commercial & Business Insight: You have experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles. You excel at developing business cases with quantified ROI for AI implementations and moving clients up the value chain.
• The "Triangle" Approach: You facilitate customer engagements by balancing the three critical pillars: Technology, Business, and People. You understand that successful digital transformation requires alignment across all three.
• Communication: You have strong business acumen and speak "C-level" fluently, yet you can effectively translate those requirements to our technical delivery teams.
• Systematic Capability Building: You enjoy mentoring others. You will help systematically develop the wider team’s consultative, commercial, and value-based communication skills.
• Tech Landscape: While this is a strategic role, you possess a strong understanding of the AI and digital transformation landscape to effectively scope new projects.
• Location: You are (or will be) based in Finland and are fluent in English. Finnish is a big plus.
